1. Eligibility
ShredX is intended for users aged 12 years and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 12. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent to use the App.

ShredX uses artificial intelligence technology to analyze uploaded images and provide physique-related scores and feedback.
Important Disclosures
Body Analysis Only: Our AI analyzes body structure, physique characteristics, and fitness indicators. We do not perform facial recognition and do not attempt to identify users from uploaded images.
AI Limitations: AI-generated scores, feedback, and recommendations are for informational and educational purposes only. Results may contain inaccuracies and should not be used as the basis for medical, health, or fitness decisions.
Processing: Images are processed by our AI systems to generate analysis. This processing occurs on secure servers.
No Human Review: Your images are processed automatically by AI systems and are not routinely reviewed by human personnel unless required for technical support you initiate or legal compliance.
5. Photo and Image Data
We understand the sensitivity of body images. Here is how we handle your photos:

Payment Processing: All payments are processed by Apple. We do not receive, process, or store your credit card, debit card, or banking information.
Subscription Data: We receive confirmation of your subscription status (active, expired, cancelled) from Apple to enable premium features.
Refunds: Refund requests must be submitted through Apple. We do not have access to process refunds directly.
